Torobima – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What exactly is Torobima?

Torobima is a one‑stop marketplace where you can buy and sell vibe‑coding apps—tiny, experimental tools built on platforms like Replit, Bolt, Lovable and others. Think of it as an app bazaar: the code lives on each host, but the shopfront is here.


2. What is “vibe‑coding”?

Vibe‑coding is rapid, intuitive coding with minimal setup—developers prototype, test and deploy straight from their browser. It’s perfect for side projects, micro‑apps and playful experiments.


3. Who runs Torobima?

The platform is run by Agata Śliwińska as an unregistered business under Polish law. Until her revenue exceeds the legal threshold (PLN 3 499.50 per month in 2025), she isn’t required to register a full company or charge VAT.


4. How does pricing work?

Each app’s price is set by its Seller. Torobima then adds:

  • EUR 2 Platform Fee (keeps the lights on), plus
  • 13 % Service Margin (covers payment processing and support). The final price you see already includes both extras.

5. How do I receive my purchase?

After payment you’ll get a thank‑you email with a unique link to the app on its host platform. For security reasons, sellers must not share the link anywhere else.


6. Is my purchase safe?

Security checks are handled by the hosting platforms (Replit, Bolt, Lovable, etc.), which scan for malicious code. Sellers also declare that their apps are clean and legal.


7. Can I get a refund?

If you’re a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase—unless you agreed to immediate delivery of digital content (that opt‑in appears at checkout). If something doesn’t work, raise a ticket via “Report a problem” in your dashboard. The Seller has 7 days to reply.


8. I want to sell my app. What do I need to do?

  1. Create an account and confirm your email.
  2. Add a payout method (Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer).
  3. Use the Description Bot to write your listing and set a price.
  4. Publish! Torobima takes care of checkout, emails and payouts.

9. When do I get paid as a Seller?

Payouts are processed automatically according to the schedule shown in your Seller dashboard (usually weekly, minus fees and margin).


10. Do I need a company to sell?

Not necessarily. Polish residents can sell under the same unregistered‑business rules as the Administrator—provided their monthly revenue stays below the legal limit.


11. Is Torobima VAT‑registered?

Currently no. All prices are gross. If Torobima or the Administrator crosses the VAT threshold later on, prices will be adjusted and buyers will be notified.


12. How can I contact support?

Email support@torobima.com or open a ticket in your dashboard. We aim to respond within 48 hours (Mon–Fri).
